I just want to say that everyone at the front desk is wonderful. Every time I have a reaction with Melissa she's always helpful willing to go beyond and help me out as a great patient. She doesn't mind listening to you or even talking to you. And my eyes that's a big plus for one person to represent your company. You're lucky to have her and you should treat her well.

Nurse practitioner Lindsey Kelly is very efficient and thorough. The assistants who see me first are very nice. I’ve never had to wait. In fact, if I’m early, they take me early. The front desk is good also and always offers me a copy of the notes of my appointment.

Melissa is my nurse. Every time I call for an appointment, I get same day appts, or receive a call back from the clinician if I can’t make it in. My family and I have been coming to family practice associates for over 30 years and will continue to be a patient of theirs. The staff is always polite, kind, and go out of their way to make you feel better.

The professional services I receive from Family Practice Associates (over 50 years) are amazing. Lindsay Kelly, NP and Ms. Vickey in billing are extraordinary staff members.
