Staff was great! My appt was with Dr Roman was awesome and the check out receptionist Kathy Collins is always a helping hand when I come!

Melissa is alway amazing. She’s attentive caring and concerned about her patients. She’s always friendly always introduces herself even though I’ve been coming for years! Tina is the best, if she leaves I’m going with her.

I was seen almost immediately by Alex, the Medical Assistant. Then, Prosper, the medical student, conducted a through examination. Finally, Dr. Roman, the physician, concluded my visit. All of them were extremely professional, caring, and answered my questions or concerns with great detail. I enjoyed my visit.

Check-in was quick and easy. The staff are always friendly. Daniel makes getting vaccines painless. The practice’s new doctor, Dr. Roman, is good listener and really cares about giving the best care.

I just want to say that everyone at the front desk is wonderful. Every time I have a reaction with Melissa she's always helpful willing to go beyond and help me out as a great patient. She doesn't mind listening to you or even talking to you. And my eyes that's a big plus for one person to represent your company. You're lucky to have her and you should treat her well.

Nurse practitioner Lindsey Kelly is very efficient and thorough. The assistants who see me first are very nice. I’ve never had to wait. In fact, if I’m early, they take me early. The front desk is good also and always offers me a copy of the notes of my appointment.

Melissa is my nurse. Every time I call for an appointment, I get same day appts, or receive a call back from the clinician if I can’t make it in. My family and I have been coming to family practice associates for over 30 years and will continue to be a patient of theirs.
